All Lyee Hair products are made from high-quality human hair. Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, curl pattern, color, and appearance may occur.

Images shown on our website and social media platforms are provided for reference only. While we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, the item you receive may vary slightly. These natural differences are not considered defects.

3. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Promotions or discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to processed or shipped orders

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled. If you need assistance, please contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delays may occur during promotions, peak seasons, or public holidays
  • Lyee Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
  • No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments

8. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Used, altered, worn, or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Exchanges

We may allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery
  • The hair must remain unused and in its original condition
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference for exchanged items.

No refunds will be issued unless a product is found to be defective.

  • Avoid excessive heat
