Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Notes

  • Lyee Hair is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the courier

International Orders
